In Leh district of Jammu and Kashmir, the annual Singhey Khababs Hindu festival will begin today. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah will inaugurate the three-day long festival later this morning. AIR Leh correspondent reports that the festival will be organised by the Government to promote tourism in Ladakh.
