Annual Conference of State Minorities Commissions will be held in Delhi today. The day-long conference will have a session on the Minority Welfare Schemes of Government of India and another on Functioning of State Minorities Commissions. <br/><br/>The Conference will be inaugurated by Union Minister for Minority Affairs Najma Heptulla. Minister of State for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi will deliver the valedictory address.
