Anna Hazare and Trinamool Cong Chief Mamata Banerjee agree on 17-point agenda

Social activist Anna Hazare met West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in New Delhi last evening.

Mr Hazare told media persons that they discussed 17 issues during the meeting. He said, Trinamool Congress Chief agreed to implement the 17 issues after coming to power at Centre. Lauding Mamata's simplicity, Mr Hazare said the country needs leaders like Mamata Banerjee who is not using government's car, bungalow and not taking any salary.

He said, the two leaders are expected to explain in details the 17-point agenda at a joint press conference in New Delhi today.
