Congress on Monday said that Team Anna's agitation will not have any adverse impact on the party's prospects in the upcoming assembly polls. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, party spokesman Rashid Alvi said that Congress has got deep roots in the country and has dealt with many agitations effectively. He added that Team Anna should show more patience and wait for the Parliament to take the final call on Lokpal. Mr. Alvi said that all stakeholders in a democracy have right to express their views.
