Senior IPS officer Anirudh Uppal will be the new Special Director General of the CRPF in Jammu and Kashmir.The Cabinet Committee of Appointments his appointment today. Uppal, a 1976-batch Himachal Pradesh cadre officer, is currently serving as the Additional DG in ITBP.
