Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change,Anil Madhav Dave has emphasised on the mobilization of financial resources for clean and green investment. Speaking at a workshop on Private Sector Facility under Green Climate Fund in New Delhi today,he said, climate change cannot be rectified merely through economics. <br/><br/>Mr Dave sought greater involvement of stakeholders in the planning process.He also underlined the need to evolve a framework for impact assessment after completion of project and building of sustainability through traditional knowledge. <br/><br/>The workshop provides an opportunity to the private sector to understand and explore funding opportunities for moving towards low emission and climate-resilient development pathways.
