Minister of State for Environment Anil Madhav Dave has called for rethinking on the existing work culture in Pollution Control Boards. Addressing the 61st Conference of Chairmen and Member Secretaries of Pollution Control Boards in New Delhi, Mr Dave said, the existing style of working should be converted into E-governance. <br/><br/>He said, the e-governance will not only correct the work style but will also bring about a transformation, making it a result-oriented approach to work. The Minister added that this will remove the shortcomings of human resources. Mr Dave said, there is a need to feel the pulse of the people and complaints of the people must be addressed.
