In Chhattisgarh, about 35,000 Anganwadi centers were today connected by computers by means of geographical information technology based on Remote Sensing Satellite.<br/>Inaugurating the centres, the Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh said in Raipur that by this, the information relating to the availability of food grains, the status of malnutrition etc in the anganwadi centres across the state can be easily obtained. He said that with this Chhattisgarh has become the first state in India to have initiated such a programme.<br/>
