In Maharashtra, 32 pilgrims were killed and 21 injured in a bus accident in Osmanabad district on Friday night. They include 16 male and 14 female passengers.Police sources said the injured were rushed to government hospital in Solapur, where the condition of five is reported to be critical. All those traveling by the ill fated bus hailed from various pleases from Andhra Pradesh, namely Hyderabad, Guntur, Vishakhapattanam and Nampalli. Identification of only one victim has been done so far.Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh Government has sent medical teams to Osmanabad to provide relief and medical assistance to the Shirdi accident victims. A special bus with relatives of passengers aboard the ill-fated bus has left for Sholapur from Hyderabad .Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy called Maharashtra Chief Minister and sought assistance. He directed the State Chief Secretary to coordinate all necessary help to the families of those who were traveling in the bus. The Andha Pradesh Government is making arrangements to bring the bodies of the victims to Osmania Hospital in Hyderabad.
