In Andhra Pradesh, Union Minister of Civil Aviation Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia laid the foundation stone for the new terminal building at the Rajamahendravaram Airport in East Godavari district. The new terminal being built at the cost of 350 crore rupees will have 30 lakh annual passenger handling capacity and sustainable features like insulated roofing, LED Lighting and rainwater harvesting. Speaking on this occasion Mr Scindia said this new terminal will usher in a new era of growth and prosperity for the Godavari Delta region. The minister will later participate in the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Dosakaayalapalli (???????????????) village near Rajamahendravaram.<br />
