Andhra Pradesh High Court on Monday postponed the hearing on the petitions filed by Reddy brothers to the 14th of next month. Former Karnataka Minister Gali Janardhana Reddy and his brother-in-law Srinivasa Reddy have appealed to the High Court against their arrest by the CBI.

The Reddy brothers are accused in the Obulapuram Mining irregularities case and presently under judicial custody. Another petition filed by the CBI seeking custody of the accused for further inquiry, was also postponed to Thursday.
