Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka were declared as joint winners in the Southern Regional Cricket tournament for visually impaired.The final match between Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka scheduled to conduct at Thalassery Conorvayal Cricket Stadium was cancelled due to rain in the morning. Both teams would represent the South India to attend the National Cricket tournament for the blind at Mumbai on next month.
