Deepening the crisis further in Andhra Pradesh, 20 ministers in Rosaiah Cabinet today announced that they have decided to resign protesting against centre’s decision to initiate the process to carve out Telangana state.<br/><br/>After a meeting of ministers belonged to Rayalaseema and Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Municipal affairs Minister Aanam Ramnarayan Reddy told the media that they have decided to tender their resignations because of the mounting pressure on them from the people of their regions in favour of a Unified state. A group of three Ministers selected by them later conveyed their decision and feelings to Chief Minister K Rosaiah this afternoon.<br/> <br/>Revenue Minister D Prasada RAo, who conveyed the feelings of Rayalaseema and Coastal Andhra Pardesh to the Chief Minister, has told media that they are meeting the Chief Minister again in the evening. The 34-member Rosaiah cabinet has 21 ministers from these two regions including the Chief Minister while 13 from the Telangana Region.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the State Government has appealed the people of all regions in the state to be calm and maintain peace in the wake of fresh political developments. Condemning the violent incidents that took place in the state for the past few days State Home minister Sabita Reddy and Revenue Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao appealed people to be cautious of anti-social forces during the agitations. The Ministers appealed to the intellectual and student community agitating over Telangana issue to observe restraint.
