Andhra Pradesh Congress Legislature Party has passed a resolution unanimously requesting the AICC President Sonia Gandhi to select its leader at a meeting held in Hyderabad this afternoon. Congress Working Committee member Pranab Mukharjee who attended the meeting as a central observer told media later that Kadapa Lok Sabha member Jaganmohan Reddy has moved the motion seeking the High Command to select CLP leader. The resolution was passed unanimously by 228 members of party MLAs, MLCs and Parliament members who have attended the meeting. AICC general Secretary and State party affairs in charge Veerappa Moily and AICC secretary Krishnamurty were also present in the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the PCC President D Srinivas.<br/><br/>The CLP has also paid rich tributes to its leader Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy who died in Helicopter crash on last September 2nd. In separate resolutions, the meeting also paid tributes to 4 others who died in the chopper crash and to several common people who died due to unprecedented floods in river Krishna.<br/>
