In Andhra Pradesh, a new Council of Ministers was constituted today with 39 Ministers. The Ministers were sworn in a short while ago at a ceremony held in Rajbhawan in Hyderabad. The Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan administered the oath to ministers in the presence of the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and several other leaders.While 28 members of previous cabinet found place in the new cabinet, 11 new leaders also have also been inducted.
