The budget session of the Andhra Pradesh Legislature will begin in Hyderabad today . The 30-day budget session of Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council will commence with Governor E S L Narasimhan traditionally addressing the joint session of both the hoses. Tight Security arrangements have been made in and around the Assembly premises in the wake of non-cooperation call given by the Telangana Joint Action Committee from today onwards. The annual Budget is likely to be present on 23rd of this month while several public issues likely to be raised by opposition parties during the session. The ongoing agitations for timely fee-reimbursement fro students and demand for introduction of bill in Parliament on Separate Telangana are likely to show impact on the sessions.
