In Andaman and Nicobar islands, the three-day Indian panorama film festival has begun with the screening of Tamil film Ravanan by the noted film maker Maniratnam.Lt Governor Bhopindher Singh inaugurated this film festival at Port Blair last evening.AIR correspondent reports that apart from Maniratnam, eminent film personalities Grish Kasaravalli, Divya Dutta, Madhur Bandarkar and Gowdham Ghosh are participating in this first ever film festival in the islands.
