Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar has sought cooperation of all opposition parties to ensure smooth functioning of Monsoon Session of Parliament. Talking to media outside Parliament this morning, Mr Kumar said government is willing to discuss every issue on the floor of the two houses including the Goods and Services Tax bill. Mr Kumar requested opposition parties to play role of constructive opposition. The Minister said positive debate should take place in Parliament on all issues focusing on the development of the country.
