Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar today appealed to the Congress not to disrupt the proceedings of both Houses of Parliament. <br/><br/>Talking to media outside Parliament, Mr Kumar said, instead of stalling the functioning, Congress should participate in the debates. <br/><br/>Asked whether Congress has been insisting on Prime Minister Narendra Modi to apologise for his remarks on former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Mr Kumar said Prime Minister Modi is getting the support of people across the country for his good governance.
