World Champion India's Viswanathan Anand played out a draw with Veselin Topalov of Bulgaria in the eighth round of Pearl Spring Chess tournament at Nanjing, China on Thursday. With just two rounds to come in the six player double round robin tournament, Anand remains in joint second position with four and a half points. The lead position remains unchanged as the other two games of the day also ended in draws.
