Minister of State Bhagwat Karad has said that AmritKaal Budget has made provision for all sectors and all state without any discrimination. He was speaking at DD Dialogue Amrit Kaal Budget in Mumbai today. He said that all states are equal for us and 1.3 lakh crore are reserved for the states. These funds will be given to the states as a interest free for the period of 50 years.<br />''<br />''Mr. Karad said that this year's budget's focus is on Capital Expenditure and Infrastructure. For the first time 10 lakh crore are allocated for capital expenditure which is more than 33 per cent of last year's allocation. Government is also focussing on cooperative sector and budget has made provision for digitisation of 65,000 crore Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies, He added.<br />
