BJP President Amit Shah will lead the 'Tiranga Yatra' at Kakori near ?Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh today.? In Kakori, ?a train laden with colonial treasure was looted by Indian revolutionaries including Ram Prasad Bismil and Ashfaq Ullah Khan ?in August 1925?. Since then the event and the place remained the source of inspiration for the freedom fighters and has been famous as 'Kakori Kand' or as the ?'?Kakori conspiracy???'?. A memorial to those revolutionaries exists in ?Kakori ?town?. Union Ministers like Nitin Gadkari will lead the Yatra in Mughalsarai, Uma Bharati in Jhansi, Ram Vilas Paswan in Akbarpur, JP Nadda in Lucknow, Chaudhary Virendra Singh in Pratapgarh, Prakash Javdekar in Gorakhpur, Dharmendra Pradhan in Agra, Piyush Goyal in Mathura, Ram Kripal Yadav in Bijnore, Kiran Rijiju in Kanpur, Col Raj?ya? Vardhan Singh Rathore in Meerut and Anupriya Patel in Faizabad.
