Home Minister Amit Shah today said that social reformer Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya had contributed on many fronts in the freedom struggle of the country. Addressing a function on the occasion of 160th Birth Anniversary of Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya in New Delhi, Mr Shah said, he is credited with laying many foundations of modern Indian nationalism.<br />'' <br />'' He said, Madan Mohan Malviya was an institution in himself. Pandit Malviya fought the freedom struggle not only as a politician but also as a journalist, and through advocacy. Mr Shah said, Madan Mohan Malviya had established Kashi Hindu Vishwavidyalaya to provide modern education based on Indian culture to students.<br />
