The BJP Chief said they will have to understand it that the government cannot give them flower if they pelt stones. <br/> <br/>Replying to a question on the performance of the Jammu and Kashmir government, in which the BJP is a junior partner to the PDP, Mr. Shah said, it has done very good work on developing infrastructure and succeeded in bringing development to far- flung areas.
