In Gujarat, former Minister of State for Home Amit Shah left Ahmedabad for Mumbai this morning following a Supreme Court directive asking him to be out of the state. Supreme Court has issued order in this regard while hearing CBI's plea seeking cancellation of bail yesterday. However, the Apex Court refused to stay the bail of Amit Shah granted by the Gujarat High Court and posted the matter for next hearing on November 15. The CBI had, in its arguments in the Apex court said that Shah could tamper with evidence. Air Ahmedabad Correspondent reports that the former Minister of State for Home, an accused in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case, was granted bail by the Gujarat High Court on Friday.
