BJP president Amit Shah has appointed Tourism Minister Alphons Kannanthanam as election incharge for the Meghalaya Assembly polls.<br/><br/>The north eastern state will go to polls early next year. The tenure of sixty member Meghalaya Assembly is ending on 6th March, 2018.
