Amit Shah addresses Parivartan Sankalp Mahasabha in Chhattisgarh

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed the Parivartan Sankalp Mahasabha on Monday organised by BJP at Rajnandgaon town of Chhattisgarh.<br />'' <br />''Mr. Shah said that Chhattisgarh was developing rapidly during the fifteen years of the Bharatiya Janata Party's tenure, but in the last five years, the Congress government has made Chhattisgarh a den of corruption and crime. <br />''<br />''He remarked that this Assembly election is not to elect MLAs, but to create a golden future for Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Accusing Congress of breaking its promises, Mr. Shah said that Congress could not fulfill even a single promise of its election manifesto.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Assembly elections are being held in two phases in Chhattisgarh. Election notification has been issued for the 20 Assembly constituencies in the State where voting is to be held on the 7th of November in the first phase and on the 17th of November in the second phase. The process of filing nomination papers by the candidates in these Assembly constituencies is going on.</span><br />
