The Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI, has filed a chargesheet against 20 accused persons in the alleged fake encounter case of Tulsiram Prajapati in the Court of Judicial Magistrate of Danta district of Gujarat.These include the then Home Minister of Gujarat, Amit Shah, then Deputy Inspector General of Police of Bhuj, Kutch, then Superintendent of Police of Ahmedabad, Banaskantha and Udaipur district of Rajasthan.The chargesheet has also been filed against then Circle Inspector of Udaipur, three Constables of Reserve Police Lines of Udaipur and other officials.All of them have been chargesheeted for the offences of Criminal Conspiracy, Murder, Destruction of Evidence and offences under the Arms Act.
