Amid reports of victory gatherings at some places,  Election Commission has directed the Chief Secretaries of five states where counting of votes is on for assembly elections, to file FIRs  and suspend concerned SHOs. The Commission has taken serious note of some reports of congregations of people celebrating anticipated poll victory.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">It has asked Chief Secretaries to submit action taken report immediately of each such incidence. There are reports of violation of  COVID guidelines as people assembled in some areas of Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, and other poll-gone states where counting is underway, in large numbers to celebrate their parties' good performance in the assembly elections. </span><br />
