Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has arrived at Narpatganj in Araria district of Bihar to address an election rally. Fourty Seven seats will go to poll in the first phase of elections on Thursday. Dr. Singh's visit comes after Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi extensively campaigned in the state. Most of the political parties have fielded their star campaigners to garner support in favour of their candidates.
