<span style="color: #222222;">Amid lockdown and restrictions imposed due to COVID-19 outbreak, department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA), Jammu has undertaken various measures to provide relief to the public. AIR Correspondent reports that the department is distributing two months advance ration to the people. So far the it has distributed about 87.84% of advance ration for the month of April and May. The department is also distributing rice under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana for the month of April. It has distributed about 58.04% Rice under PMGKAY to each beneficiary of Antyodaya Anna Yojana, priority households and BPL Categories at 5 Kg per month. Further, the department has distributed 1 Kg pulses per month under PMGKAY to the beneficiaries .  <br />''<br />''In addition, the department has also procured 3 Layer Ply Masks and Hand Sanitizers which have been distributed among staff, labourers, drivers, health workers and other persons who are engaged with management of COVID-19 outbreak. </span><br />
