An American woman working with the Clinton Foundation in Hyderabad was allegedly raped at her residence in posh Banjara Hills area and five lakh was also robbed from her. <br/><br/>Police said today that the incident took place last night when the 30-year-old victim was alone at her residence. An intruder barged into the penthouse and sexually assaulted her. He also forcibly took away 5 lakh cash from her. <br/><br/>Banjara Hills Police Inspector Sudarshan said, the woman lodged a police complaint this morning. Based on description of the suspect given by her, the police have launched a manhunt. The US national has been admitted to a hospital in the city.<br/><br/>Senior police officers, including Police Commissioner A K Khan, visited her house this morning. Two special teams have been set up to nab the suspect.
