At least eight armed men have kidnapped a US citizen from his residence in the Eastern city of Lahore, yesterday. The American citizen is said to be a man in his sixties, who have been living in Pakistan for several years working on a development project in the tribal areas which borders Afghanistan. According to local police, gunmen overpowered the guards at the man's residence in Lahore to force the American into a car in the early hours of the morning, yesterday.
