In Arunachal Pradesh, an ambitious Information Technology Project was formally inaugurated by State Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu on Wednesday. Mr. Khandu said that State Wide Area Network , SWAN, project would be used for exchange of data in the state. He believed that the project would play a pivotal role in overall development of the state through good communication. He said it will also help in effective implementation of all e-governance projects and would be a great support for e-tendering process followed by various departments in the state in the recent times.
