In Jammu & Kashmir, more than 46 thousand Yatris paid obeisance and had darshan of ice lingam at the Amarnath cave shrine till this evening on the 4th day of the ongoing 40 day yatra. Over 17600 Yatris had darshan today only.<br/><br/>The yatra commenced on June 29 from both Baltal route in central Kashmir's Ganderbal district and Pahalgam route in south Kashmir's Anantnag district. The Amarnath yatra is in progress smoothly from both Baltal and Pahalgam routes. <br/><br/> A fresh batch of around 2800 pilgrims left Bhagwati Nagar base camps in Jammu early today for base camps in Kashmir. The batch from Jammu reaches late evening in their respective base camps. <br/><br/>Six Amarnath pilgrims received minor injuries today when a vehicle they were travelling on, collided with a tipper in Baroosa area of Ganderbal district. They were returning from Baltal camp after darshan. Two Yatris have died so far during Yatra.
