A report by Additional Professor Doctor Sanjay Gupta of the AIIMS' Department of Nephrologysaid that Singh needs to be constantly monitored for renal function, infections and if he is travelling he should be under them supervision of nephrologist, a dialysis technician, a nurse and use ambulance/air ambulance for emergency.
The report was submitted to Justice Ajit Bharihoke who had earlier sought to be apprised of Amar Singh's health
condition to decide his bail plea.

he should avoid crowded places and unsensitised environmentto prevent getting infected.
The Delhi police also filed a status report in the case before the court which fixed October 18 as the next date of hearing the bail plea. Singh had moved the high court after a city court on September 28 rejected both his interim and regular bail pleas saying his role was “major” in the entire episode aimed at “disgracing” parliamentary democracy.
