Tourism Minister Alphons Kannanthanam today participated in the ongoing Swachhta Hi Sewa Campaign at Janpath Market in New Delhi on World Tourism Day. He undertook an intensive cleanliness work in the Janpath Market, parking area and inside the Market. He cleaned the paan and gutkha stained walls with bare hands. <br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion, Mr Kannanthanam called upon all to commit to transform the country into one of the most preferred destinations for travellers around the world. He said that it is the grand vision of the Prime Minister to clean all places including all tourist places and the Ministry of Tourism is committed to it.
