2. Midday meal scheme to get over 11 thousand 900 crore rupees against 10 thousand 380.

3. Rural Drinking water and sanitation to get 3000 crore rupees more with the allocation 14000 crore rupees representing 27 per cent hike.

4. Rajiv Gandhi Scheme for empowerment of Adolescent Girls SABLA has been allocated 750 crore rupees.

5. Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna to get 24 thousand crore rupees an increase of 20 per cent, Rural Infrastructure fund 20 thousand crores.

6. Right to Education and Sarva Shiksha Abiyan has been allocated over 25 thousand crore rupees with a plan to set up 6 thousand schools in the 12th plan.

7. National Rural Health Mission to get over 20 thousand 800 crore rupees an increase of over 2 thousand 700 crores.

9. Prime Minister Employment Generation programme to get 1 thousand two hundred crores.

10. Disability pension allocation will be over 8 thousand 4 hundred crore rupees with increase in monthly pension of 300 rupees from 200 for BPL widows.

11. The compensation on the death of primary bread winner of BPL family has been doubled to 20,000 rupees.
