Robert Vadra has dismissed the allegations levelled against him by civil society activists in connection with his property dealings. He said the allegations are utterly false and defamatory, aimed at maligning him and his family to gain cheap publicity. He said his business transactions are fully reflected in financial statements filed before appropriate government authorities.

DLF has denied that it had shown any favour to Robert Vadra in business dealings.

The civil society activist Kejriwal has described the clarifications as “half truths and lies”.

Union Minister Sharad Pawar told reporters in Raipur that if anybody feels that there is strength in his allegation he should approach the court. He said that it has become a trend to level an allegation and keep quiet and expect the government to probe the charges.
