In Uttar Pradesh the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has directed the Central and the state governments to take stern action against the persons responsible for blocking rail and road routes in the name of Jat agitation. The Court has directed the state government to impose a ban on the blockade of railway tracks and roads by the Jat community.
