The Allahabad High Court will continue hearing tomorrow on Noida land acquisition case. A Larger bench of High Court is hearing more than seven hundred petitions on different land acquisition cases related to Noida, and Greater Noida areas on this matter. The three judge larger bench includes justice . Ashok Bhushan, Justice V K Shukla and Justice S.U.Khan. About five thousand petitioners from about sixty eight villages of Noida and Greater Noida areas have filed the petitions against land acquisitions notifications issued by Uttar Pradesh Government on different occasions.
