The Allahabad High Court will take-up the matter related to Banda Rape case on Monday for further hearing. The bench comprising Justice Imtiaz Murtaza and Justice S C Agarwal would hear the case. Taking suo moto cognizance of this incident on 15th January, the court had earlier fixed 28th of January for hearing.
