The Allahabad High Court extended stay on transfer order of thousand of UP police personnel issued by the police establishment board in April 2010. <br/><br/>Justice Shishir Kumar passed this order today and stays the transfer till the next date of hearing. <br/><br/>The thousands of policemen especially who were posted in their adjacent home districts were transferred by the UP Police headquarters after getting approval from Police Establishment Board. <br/><br/>The judge observed that the transfer order was arbitrary. High court has given four weeks to UP government to file their affidavit and petitioner will file the rejoinder in two weeks thereafter.
