Allahabad High court asked all UP state departments to submit the list of retired employees who are eligible for pensions and other benefits though they are not getting their pension and other benefits till this date.<br/><br/>The High court asked principal secretaries of all the state departments to submit the list by 25th of March, 2010 of such ex -employees who had been retired on or before 31st December 2008.<br/><br/>Justice Vikram Nath passed this order while he was hearing a case of retired employee who was passed through same trauma and got relief after high court intervention. The Judge observed that the High court has been receiving a number of complaints on non payments of pensions to eligible retired employees.<br/><br/> <br/>
