The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court on Wednesday ordered for CBI probe into murder of two CMOs Dr.V K Arya and Dr.B P Singh. A division bench of the court comprising Justice Prateep Kant and Ritu Raj Awasthi passed this order while hearing a PIL seeking CBI probe into both the murders. AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that Dr.B P Singh was killed in the month of April this year while Dr.Arya was murdered in the month of October last year. The state government had recently recommended for CBI probe into both the cases. The court has directed the premier probe agency to complete the investigation within three months.
