The Allahabad High court today ordered for a CBI inquiry in a rape case in which police personnel were involved.<br/><br/>The incident was occurred in Kubersthan police station area in Kushinagar district about three moths back.<br/><br/>In this case two minor girls were raped allegedly by police personnel and later three police personal were suspended too. <br/><br/>A bench comprising Justice Sabhajeet Yadav and Justice B K Narayan passed this order today while hearing the writ petitions filed by victim’s mother.
