The Allahabad High Court today issued a notice to Dr Rajesh Talwar accused in Arushi murder case based on a petition filed by Central Bureau of Investigation -CBI.The CBI has filed a petition in Allahabad High court demanding rejection of Rajesh Talwar bail. A single judge bench headed by Justice B.K Narayan has issued notice to Dr Rajesh Talwar and asked him to file his reply within four weeks and fixed 7th may (2012) as the next date of hearing. The CBI has argued that the bail which was granted by special CBI magistrate of Ghaziabad to Dr Talwar is a provisional bail. The CBI counsel pleaded in the court that Dr Talwar has to surrender first and should take regular bail from the court .The Judge has issued a notice to Arushi’s father Dr. Talwar and granted him four weeks time for his reply
