The Allahabad High Court has ordered to Uttar Pradesh Government to hold a fresh entrance examination for admission to Basic Training course (BTC)-which held in 2001. After cancelling the BTC examination 2001, the High Court passed this order in the light of State government order of October 2005.While hearing a writ petition filed by the several applicants of the BTC exam-2001, the single Judge bench headed by Justice Arun Tandon directed that the all consequential action shall be taken accordingly by the state government and entire exercise must be completed in three months.
