Allahabad High Court has accepted a petition challenging the appointment of Chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Commission (UPSEC) over his qualification. Accepting the petition, the court ordered the state government to submit the documents related to the Chairman's appointment. The bench comprising of Justices Arun Tandon and Ashwini Kumar Mishra fixed 21st September as the next date of hearing.<br/><br/>A petition against the state Public Service Commission Chairman Anil Yadav is also under legal scrutiny of the High Court.
