Indian Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni today said that all players are fit for tomorrow's World Cup semi-final match against Pakistan. Dhoni also asked his team mates not to be distracted by the hype surrounding the high-profile match. Meanwhile, Pakistan pacer Shoiab Akhtar is reported not to be 100 per cent fit. Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi said he will take a call on Shoiab Akhtar on Wednesday.
